Our Journey

Where We Began

Founder's Journey:

I’m Lancy. My hair now reaches thigh length, grown with the same method I share with you. Lancemade is my life’s work: a blend of ancestral knowledge, 14 years of refinement, and a commitment to small-batch craft.

I make every bottle the way I’d want something made for myself, slow, gentle, honest, and effective.

Lancemade started in 2013 as a formula shared inside the long-hair community. What began as small batches soon reached thousands who trusted the results, the purity, and the care behind every bottle.

How Our Oil Is Made

Every batch is crafted slowly over four weeks in cool, dark infusion rooms that smell like walking through a herb garden.

We never use heat.
We never rush extraction.
We never disturb the botanicals with machines.

After the infusion finishes, we blend in fresh sweet almond oil, Vitamin E, and our seed concentrate, added right before bottling to keep the formula light, gentle, and potent.

Each batch is limited to 500–1000 bottles only.

What Makes Lancemade Different

  • Cold-processed, never heated (protects every active).

  • Fresh batches only. Never mass-produced or stored for months.

  • Trade-secret herb ratios refined for growth, slip, and retention.

  • No thick, harsh, or allergy-trigger botanicals like henna or amla.

  • Lightweight texture that never overwhelms the senses.

  • Safe even for baby scalps due to deliberately gentle blends.

Lancemade stays pure because we avoid moisture, preservatives, silicones, and fillers. Vitamin E stabilises the oil naturally.

What You Can Expect

Our oil supports all five pillars of healthy, long hair:

  • Growth activation at the follicle

  • Scalp comfort for sensitive & reactive skin

  • Length retention for maximum results

  • Softness & slip for everyday manageability

  • Hairline support for density + recovery

The formula stays light, golden, and soothing, made for people who want results without heaviness or strong scents.

Welcome to Lancemade. Your hair is safe here.
